Summary of the promoters
Kamal Baig who has 20 years of experience in real estate started his company “Unity enterprises “way back in 1993. The nature of business was Sale, purchase, lease of residential and commercial properties to corporate and individuals. The List of corporate clients dealing with unity enterprises were HDFC Bank, Yes Bank, Mc Donalds, American express bank, Castrol, Cafe Coffee day, Reliance, Tata tele services and many more   the likes.  After running this business successfully on an individual basis, the thought of running it as an enterprise with an umbrella of products occurred to him in 2008.
Below mentioned is a team of professional experienced individuals who will be a part of this organisation which is set to achieve a milestone in the distribution business and reality business

Mr Kamal Baig: CEO & MD.
Highly qualified energetic individual with 20 years experience in the field of Real estate. He is also one of the promoters of stop search.
The formative years exposed him to the world of Realty. Started his own   company called unity enterprises for many years; he has insight into the various facets of Real estate and broking, Market analysis, construction and frontend sales.
Mr Vinay Adgale :   Head Distribution
Energetic and goal focused sales professional and Banker with 15 years experience in handling large teams, dealer management, and large account management. Self confident and poised in interactions across all business hierarchies. Combine extensive strategic planning, channel management and workforce management with multicultural communication skills. Recognized as a hands-on proactive troubleshooter who can rapidly identify sales problems and formulate turn around sales plans.

Mr. Kiran Surve   :  Head Marketing & Franchise.
An enterprising Marketing professional with vast experience in FMCG and software solutions. As a BE computer has also spent three years in USA as a software consultant. With his vast experience we will be developing Franchises across the country and will also be spearheading the marketing forte.

Mr. Deepak Poddar : Head Used Cars
An MBA in Finance with 15 years of experience in sales of Cars, FMCG and Courier. Has the complete knowledge of the used car market and will be responsible for dealer tie ups and sales for the country.

Mrs Archana Jadhav : Head HR & Admin.
A qualified HR professional with a MBA in Finance and HRD has 8 years of experience in HR and administration; she comes to us with rich experience with past organizations like ICICI, Wipro and Yes Bank.

Mr. A Gani : A entrepreneur who is also one of our investors will be handling the entire furniture division across the country.
Mr Jai Bhat :  Head Investments & advisory services
A MBA in marketing has vast experience in the field of investments i.e. equity, debts and mutual funds. He has over 10 years of experience and was associated with Motilal Oswal group for over 5 years. He is an able fund manager who will be spearheading the task of investments for our group.
